Tofu mince

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Rations: 1 INGREDIENTS
- 1 block of tofu
- A splash of white wine
- Sweet paprika
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- Add a splash of white wine and let it cook for a few more minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
PREPARATION
- Chop the garlic and sauté in a pan with a generous amount of oil.
- Crumble the tofu and sauté with the garlic.
- Add the sweet paprika.
