Pear and cauliflower cream

PREPARATION
- Chop the garlic and sauté it in a pan with the onion.
- Add the hazelnuts and let them brown.
- Add the peeled and sliced pears and let them brown.
- Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Add it to the vegetables.
- Cover the vegetables with water and let them soften.
