Overnight cinnamon and chocolate oats

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
- 2 ounces chocolate
- 4-5 dates
- Cinnamon
- Blueberries
PREPARATION
- Finely chop the dates and cut the chocolate into small squares.
- Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with the plant-based milk.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
