Ali-oli

Preparation time:
Rations: 4 INGREDIENTS
- 50g soy milk
- 100g olive oil
- ½ clove of garlic
- A splash of lemon juice at the bottom.
- Add the garlic and blend until well combined.
PREPARATION
- In a blender, combine the olive oil, soy milk, lemon juice, and salt. Blend slowly without lifting the blender from the bottom of the container.
- Once the mixture begins to thicken, blend well with gentle up-and-down motions.
