INGREDIENTS

  • 50g soy milk
  • 100g olive oil
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • A splash of lemon juice at the bottom.
  • Add the garlic and blend until well combined.

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, combine the olive oil, soy milk, lemon juice, and salt. Blend slowly without lifting the blender from the bottom of the container.
  2. Once the mixture begins to thicken, blend well with gentle up-and-down motions.
