Chinese-style cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

    PREPARATION

    1. Finely chop the cauliflower in a food processor (resembling grains of rice). Set aside.
    2. Chop the remaining vegetables and sauté them in a pan with olive oil.
    3. Add the cauliflower, crumbled tofu, turmeric, and soy sauce.
    4. Cook for a few more minutes.
