Chinese-style cauliflower

Preparation time: 15 minutes

PREPARATION
- Finely chop the cauliflower in a food processor (resembling grains of rice). Set aside.
- Chop the remaining vegetables and sauté them in a pan with olive oil.
- Add the cauliflower, crumbled tofu, turmeric, and soy sauce.
- Cook for a few more minutes.
