Overnight cinnamon and chocolate oats

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Rations: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • Plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
  • 2 ounces chocolate
  • 4-5 dates
  • Cinnamon
  • Blueberries

PREPARATION

  1. Finely chop the dates and cut the chocolate into small squares.
  2. Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover with the plant-based milk.
  4. Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
