Sobrasada

Preparation time:
Rations: 4 INGREDIENTS
- 100g rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes
- 30g cashews
- ½ can of white beans
- A splash of olive oil
- A splash of water
- Sweet paprika and hot paprika
PREPARATION
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth texture.
- You can serve it with a slice of wholemeal toast or crudités.
