INGREDIENTS

  • 100g rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes
  • 30g cashews
  • ½ can of white beans
  • A splash of olive oil
  • A splash of water
  • Sweet paprika and hot paprika

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth texture.
  2. You can serve it with a slice of wholemeal toast or crudités.
