Toast with chickpea pâté

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Rations: 5 INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
- Juice of one orange
- Spices: black pepper, ground cumin, ginger, garlic powder
- Fresh cilantro
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Toasted whole-wheat bread
PREPARATION
- Wash and drain the chickpeas. Mash with a fork.
- Add the avocado and mix well.
- Stir in the juices, spices, oil, mustard, and finely chopped cilantro.
- Add the grated carrot and finely diced red bell pepper. Set aside.
- Assemble your toasts by spreading the vegetable pâté on top.
