Spiced baked vegetables

Preparation time: 45 minutes
Rations: 3 INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 3-4 carrots
- 2-3 red onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 potatoes
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Spices: thyme, rosemary, black pepper
PREPARATION
- Cut the potatoes into wedges, the peppers into strips, the onions into quarters, and the carrots in half. Leave the tomatoes and garlic whole.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the vegetables on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and add the spices.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
