INGREDIENTS

    PREPARATION

    1. Hydrate the soybeans in hot water with a splash of soy sauce.
    2. Meanwhile, sauté the garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
    3. Add the sliced ​​carrots and roughly chopped potatoes.
    4. Stir in the flour, bay leaf, and wine. Let it reduce for a few minutes.
    5. Add the tomato sauce and the previously drained soybeans.
    6. Stir in the vegetable broth and let it cook until the sauce thickens.
