Sautéed lentils

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Rations: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of lentils
  • 1 piece of pumpkin
  • 1 leek
  • ½ zucchini
  • Thyme
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth

For the sauce

  • 2-3 tablespoons of plant-based yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 splash of lemon juice

PREPARATION

  1. Chop the vegetables and sauté them in a pan until cooked.
  2. Add the previously rinsed lentils, spices, and broth. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, grate the garlic and mix it with the remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve the lentils with the sauce on top.
