Sautéed lentils

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Rations: 2 INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of lentils
- 1 piece of pumpkin
- 1 leek
- ½ zucchini
- Thyme
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
For the sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons of plant-based yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 splash of lemon juice
PREPARATION
- Chop the vegetables and sauté them in a pan until cooked.
- Add the previously rinsed lentils, spices, and broth. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
- For the sauce, grate the garlic and mix it with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve the lentils with the sauce on top.
