Preparation time: 5 minutes

Rations: 6

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g of tofu
  • 340g raspberries, blackberries...
  • 500ml of plant-based milk
  • 10 date seeds...

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all ingredients until you achieve a yogurt-like texture.
  2. Serve one portion and keep the rest in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve with nuts, muesli, and fruit.
