Pear and cinnamon porridge

Preparation time:
Rations: 1 INGREDIENTS
- 50g of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 pear
- 3-4 dates
- Plant-based milk
- Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- Red berries for garnish
PREPARATION
- Cook the oats together with the chia seeds, plant-based milk, dates, and diced pear.
- When hot, add the cinnamon.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes until the oats soften.
- Garnish with peanut butter and berries
