Pasta alla norma

Preparation time: 35 minutes
Rations: 2 INGREDIENTS
- 250g legume pasta
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 eggplant
- 1 kg canned whole tomatoes
- Fresh or dried basil
- Black olives
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta. Set aside.
- In a frying pan, sauté the sliced garlic.
- Add the diced eggplant.
- When softened, add the tomato and simmer.
- Add the basil and sliced olives.
- Mix with the pasta.
