INGREDIENTS

  • 500g roasted hazelnuts
  • 2 ounces 85% chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons pure cocoa
  • Sweetener to taste: dates, erythritol, stevia...
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend well until you have a semi-liquid cream.

PREPARATION

  1. Place the hazelnuts in a blender. Blend briefly to obtain a flour-like consistency. Then, blend in 30-second intervals until the mixture is completely smooth and liquid.
