Meatballs in wine sauce

INGREDIENTS

    PREPARATION

    1. Hydrate the textured soy protein in hot water mixed with soy sauce and sweet paprika. Drain the soy.
    2. Blend the soy with the garlic, parsley, and flaxseed. Add flour until a manageable dough forms.
    3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, coat them in flour, and sear them in a pan.
    4. Mince the garlic and sauté it with the remaining vegetables until tender.
    5. Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
    6. Add the tomato sauce, vegetable broth, and bay leaf. Sauté for 5 minutes.
    7. Add the meatballs and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
