Marinated tofu

Preparation time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 block of tofu
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Spices: cumin, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon and sweet paprika
  • A splash of lemon juice (remaining) and let it cook until the marinade begins to evaporate.
  • Gradually add the remaining sauce over medium heat to thicken it.

PREPARATION

  1. Wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel and press firmly to remove the water from inside the block.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, a splash of water, and the spices along with a drizzle of oil.
  3. Mix the diced tofu with the prepared sauce and let it marinate for a few minutes.
