Lentil stew with vegetables

Preparation time: 50 minutes
Rations: 4 INGREDIENTS
- 400g dried lentils
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- ½ green and red bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1 piece of pumpkin
- ½ zucchini
- 3 potatoes
- 100-150g crushed tomatoes
- Water
- 1 bay leaf
- Sweet paprika
PREPARATION
- Peel and roughly chop the garlic and sauté.
- Add the finely chopped onion and peppers and sauté until tender.
- Add the paprika, bay leaf, and after a few minutes, the tomato sauce; let it simmer.
- Stir in the remaining roughly chopped vegetables, the peeled and roughly chopped potatoes, and the lentils.
- Cover with water, close the pressure cooker, and once it reaches pressure, cook for another 20 minutes.
