Chocolate porridge

Preparation time:
Rations: 1 INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- Plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon pure cocoa or 2 ounces 85% chocolate
- 4-5 Medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Serve in a bowl with blueberries, apple, and peanut butter
PREPARATION
- Finely chop the dates and add them to a saucepan with the plant-based milk.
- Cook over medium heat, and when hot, add the oats.
- Add the pure cocoa and cook until the oats soften. Add more plant-based milk if necessary.
