Chocolate mousse

Preparation time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tablespoons of pure cocoa
  • Half a can of coconut milk
  • A splash of plant-based milk
  • 5 dates
  • 50 ml of aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
  • Pour your mousse into individual glasses and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all the ingredients well, except the aquafaba. It should form a smooth paste.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the aquafaba until it reaches the consistency of stiffly beaten egg whites.
  3. Gently fold the chocolate mousse into the "whipped egg whites." This step is the most important; you must do it with slow, folding motions. Add the stiffly beaten egg whites gradually.
