Chocolate mousse

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Rations: 3 INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- 3 tablespoons of pure cocoa
- Half a can of coconut milk
- A splash of plant-based milk
- 5 dates
- 50 ml of aquafaba (chickpea liquid)
- Pour your mousse into individual glasses and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
PREPARATION
- Blend all the ingredients well, except the aquafaba. It should form a smooth paste.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the aquafaba until it reaches the consistency of stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Gently fold the chocolate mousse into the "whipped egg whites." This step is the most important; you must do it with slow, folding motions. Add the stiffly beaten egg whites gradually.
