Chocolate donuts

Rations: 5 INGREDIENTS
- 100 ml coffee
- 100 ml plant-based milk
- 70 g soy yogurt
- 30 g coconut oil
- 30 g pure cocoa
- 120 g wholemeal flour
- 12 g baking powder
- Topping: 100 g chocolate
- 85%, 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Dip your donuts in the topping and decorate with chopped almonds, shredded coconut...

PREPARATION
- Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and mix with the remaining wet ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into donut molds.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and mix well.
