Chocolate donuts

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml coffee
  • 100 ml plant-based milk
  • 70 g soy yogurt
  • 30 g coconut oil
  • 30 g pure cocoa
  • 120 g wholemeal flour
  • 12 g baking powder
  • Topping: 100 g chocolate
  • 85%, 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Dip your donuts in the topping and decorate with chopped almonds, shredded coconut...

PREPARATION

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and mix with the remaining wet ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
  4. Pour the batter into donut molds.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
  6. For the topping, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and mix well.
