Chili con carne

PREPARATION
- Sauté the chopped onion.
- Add the ground meat and spices. If using textured soy protein, hydrate it beforehand in a bowl with hot water, sweet paprika, and a splash of soy sauce.
- Add the tomato, chocolate, beans, corn, and broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, and lime juice.
