INGREDIENTS

    PREPARATION

    1. Chop the garlic and add it to the pan.
    2. Add the julienned onion. Cook until golden brown and add a splash of water for moisture.
    3. Add the peeled and chopped mango, soy sauce, and spices.
    4. Add the drained can of chickpeas.
    5. Serve and garnish with toasted almonds.
