Chickpeas with curry and mango

PREPARATION
- Chop the garlic and add it to the pan.
- Add the julienned onion. Cook until golden brown and add a splash of water for moisture.
- Add the peeled and chopped mango, soy sauce, and spices.
- Add the drained can of chickpeas.
- Serve and garnish with toasted almonds.
