Chia and mango pudding

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Rations: 1 INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucharada de semillas de chía
- 100 ml leche coco en lata
- 1 cucharadita de virutas de coco
- ½ mango
- Ralladura de lima
- Hierbabuena o menta
- Puedes añadirle unas hojas de menta o hierbabuena para darle un toque fresco.
PREPARATION
- In a glass jar, mix the chia seeds with the milk and coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
- In a blender, blend the mango with a little lime zest.
- Assemble the parfait: first add the chia mixture, then the blended mango.
