INGREDIENTS

  • 250g beans
  • 100g 85% chocolate
  • 60g coconut oil
  • 25g pure cocoa
  • 25g wholemeal flour
  • 25g almond flour
  • 150ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Sweetener to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Mix the chia seeds with the plant-based milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. In a blender, combine the beans, cocoa powder, plant-based milk, flours, baking powder, vanilla extract, sweetener, chia seed mixture, and the chocolate and coconut oil mixture. Blend until smooth. Add the chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake at 185°C (365°F) for 30 minutes.
