Bean brownie

Rations: 5 INGREDIENTS
- 250g beans
- 100g 85% chocolate
- 60g coconut oil
- 25g pure cocoa
- 25g wholemeal flour
- 25g almond flour
- 150ml plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- A handful of walnuts
- Sweetener to taste
PREPARATION
- Mix the chia seeds with the plant-based milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. In a blender, combine the beans, cocoa powder, plant-based milk, flours, baking powder, vanilla extract, sweetener, chia seed mixture, and the chocolate and coconut oil mixture. Blend until smooth. Add the chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake at 185°C (365°F) for 30 minutes.
