Banana and chocolate bowl

Preparation time:
Rations: 1 INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 2-3 dates
- Plant-based milk
- Cinnamon
- Hemp or flax seeds
- 3-4 tablespoons of oats
For decoration: ½ banana,
- hemp seeds, peanut butter and 1 ounce of chocolate
PREPARATION
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Garnish with more banana, 1 ounce of chopped chocolate, and seeds.
