Marinated tofu

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Rations: 2 INGREDIENTS
- 1 block of tofu
- Soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- Spices: cumin, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon and sweet paprika
- A splash of lemon juice (remaining) and let it cook until the marinade begins to evaporate.
- Gradually add the remaining sauce over medium heat to thicken it.
PREPARATION
- Wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel and press firmly to remove the water from inside the block.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, a splash of water, and the spices along with a drizzle of oil.
- Mix the diced tofu with the prepared sauce and let it marinate for a few minutes.
