Cabbage stew

Preparation time: 40 minutes
Rations: 6 INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion
- 6-8 cloves of garlic
- 1 cabbage
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Sweet paprika and cayenne pepper (optional) about 2 fingers above the top.
- If you make it in a pressure cooker, it will be ready in about half an hour. If you make it in a regular pot, let it simmer for 1-1.5 hours, until the potatoes are cooked through and the broth is flavorful.
PREPARATION
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and add it to a pot with olive oil.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until golden.
- Add the spices and cook for one minute.
- Add the tomato sauce and sauté for a few minutes.
- Shred the cabbage, peel and roughly chop the potatoes. Add everything to the pot. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add water until it covers all the vegetables.
