Chickpeas with yogurt sauce

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Rations: 3 INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 100g tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Curry and cumin powder
For the yogurt sauce:
- 1 Greek or plant-based yogurt
- 1 grated garlic clove
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- Black pepper
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Chop the vegetables and put them in a pan. Sauté until tender.
- Add the chickpeas, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and spices. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add half a glass of water and let it cook for a few minutes.
- For the sauce, mix all the ingredients.
- Serve the chickpeas on a plate and top with the yogurt sauce.
