Soybean stew

PREPARATION
- Hydrate the soybeans in hot water with a splash of soy sauce.
- Meanwhile, sauté the garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
- Add the sliced carrots and roughly chopped potatoes.
- Stir in the flour, bay leaf, and wine. Let it reduce for a few minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and the previously drained soybeans.
- Stir in the vegetable broth and let it cook until the sauce thickens.
