Sweet and sour “pork”

PREPARATION
- Coat the Heura in cornstarch. Sauté in a pan over medium-high heat until golden brown. Set aside.
- Dice an onion and sauté in the pan until caramelized.
- Add the juice of the oranges and half a lemon. Let it cook for a few minutes.
- Add sweetener to taste. Mix well.
