Meatballs in wine sauce

PREPARATION
- Hydrate the textured soy protein in hot water mixed with soy sauce and sweet paprika. Drain the soy.
- Blend the soy with the garlic, parsley, and flaxseed. Add flour until a manageable dough forms.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, coat them in flour, and sear them in a pan.
- Mince the garlic and sauté it with the remaining vegetables until tender.
- Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add the tomato sauce, vegetable broth, and bay leaf. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the meatballs and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
