Red berry yogurt

- 400g of tofu
- 340g raspberries, blackberries...
- 500ml of plant-based milk
- 10 date seeds...
PREPARATION
- Blend all ingredients until you achieve a yogurt-like texture.
- Serve one portion and keep the rest in the refrigerator.
- Serve with nuts, muesli, and fruit.
