Chia and mango pudding

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Rations: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cucharada de semillas de chía
  • 100 ml leche coco en lata
  • 1 cucharadita de virutas de coco
  • ½ mango
  • Ralladura de lima
  • Hierbabuena o menta
  • Puedes añadirle unas hojas de menta o hierbabuena para darle un toque fresco.

PREPARATION

  1. In a glass jar, mix the chia seeds with the milk and coconut flakes.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
  3. In a blender, blend the mango with a little lime zest.
  4. Assemble the parfait: first add the chia mixture, then the blended mango.
