Nutella

Rations: 12 INGREDIENTS
- 500g roasted hazelnuts
- 2 ounces 85% chocolate
- 2 tablespoons pure cocoa
- Sweetener to taste: dates, erythritol, stevia...
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend well until you have a semi-liquid cream.
PREPARATION
- Place the hazelnuts in a blender. Blend briefly to obtain a flour-like consistency. Then, blend in 30-second intervals until the mixture is completely smooth and liquid.
