Preparation time: 30 minutes

Rations: 10

INGREDIENTS

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 handful hazelnuts
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 handful almonds
  • 1 handful raisins
  • 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
  • 5 level tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2-4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Ground cinnamon to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.
  2. Add the agave syrup and mix well. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the oats, nuts, raisins, flaked coconut, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Add the oil and syrup mixture and combine well. Take a baking tray and line it.
