Pear and cinnamon porridge

Preparation time:

Rations: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g of rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 pear
  • 3-4 dates
  • Plant-based milk
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Red berries for garnish

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the oats together with the chia seeds, plant-based milk, dates, and diced pear.
  2. When hot, add the cinnamon.
  3. Let it cook for 5 minutes until the oats soften.
  4. Garnish with peanut butter and berries
