INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • Plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure cocoa or 2 ounces 85% chocolate
  • 4-5 Medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Serve in a bowl with blueberries, apple, and peanut butter

PREPARATION

  1. Finely chop the dates and add them to a saucepan with the plant-based milk.
  2. Cook over medium heat, and when hot, add the oats.
  3. Add the pure cocoa and cook until the oats soften. Add more plant-based milk if necessary.
