INITIAL ASSESSMENT
A consultation required to begin the nutritional support process.
It lasts approximately 50 minutes and is focused on carrying out a comprehensive and detailed assessment of the patient's situation. During this session, we address:
- Medical history and health background
- Current eating habits
- Lifestyle (physical activity, rest, stress, etc.)
- Digestive symptoms or other relevant symptoms
- Relationship with food
- Review of complementary tests (blood work or other reports), if provided by the patient
Based on all the information collected, a personalised nutritional plan is developed, adapted to the patient's needs, goals and personal context.
The plan is delivered in the days following the consultation, once all information has been carefully analysed.

FOLLOW-UP
Follow-up consultations take place after the initial assessment and allow us to evaluate the patient's progress and make any necessary adjustments.
They last approximately 30 minutes and focus on:
- Assessing how the nutritional plan is being applied and how the patient is feeling
- Identifying difficulties, questions or new needs
- Reviewing progress towards the established goals
- Answering questions
- Adjustments and updates to the nutritional plan
- Providing new practical tools and recipes

Includes WhatsApp support between consultations for brief questions related to the process.
PACKAGE
A package of 6 follow-up consultations, designed for patients who require ongoing nutritional support.
- Designed for patients who need continuous guidance
- Consultations must be used within a maximum period of 8 months
- Allows structured monitoring and progressive adaptation of the nutritional plan
